Hi Robert!

Thanks for our good conversation on Skype today! I just have to say it: If you are a Snowman, then you are a Snowman who hates winter...!!!

Well, I wish you luck becoming a Sandman!

Hi Bob

We are curious to know what you did with all the bits and "bobs" you left behind. We hope you didn't leave any of your litter on the wall or perhaps you had a car boot sale and collected lots more coins to the already heavy load. We are reading your daily report with great interest especially the sock saga. Not long before they will be able to stand up on their own.

It will be nice to have Jon with you soon and hope together you can sort out the technical problem with the GPRS.

Just to let you know I (Barbara) walked 1,000m to the shops today and had no problem with my socks!!

Lots of love, take good care, xx

Hi there Snowman.
" The longest journey starts with the first step" (apologies if that is not quite right), so you are certainly on your way. You are definitely travelling light. Like the way you decided what to leave behind. Thinking about you and hoping that you keep strong in body and spirit. Look forward to reading your excellent and most interesting ."diary"
