		<description>It was good to read that you have had some encouragement during the walk today. Small things mean a lot, like walking in the shade of those trees, sitting down to look at green grass, and then meeting hospitable people. I can see that the heat drains the energy out or your body, affecting both muscles and rational thinking. Good to read that you have found a better day rythm, so that life becomes more bearable!</description>
